February this year the U.S. Congress in the economic stimulus plan approved 72 billion dollars in broadband projects, of which 4.7 billion allocated to the Ministry of Commerce,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the other 2.5 billion allocated to the Ministry of Agriculture. The project is designed to support remote and poor areas, and other network services behind the community building broadband and job creation. Currently, the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Agriculture has received applications for nearly 2,200 copies of the project. |
